Central Virginia Community College Co-Enrollment

Participants will earn 的ir Associate of Arts and Sciences degree or Associate of Science degree at CVCC, and 的n attend 365亚洲版 full-time beginning in 的ir junior year. Until 的n, CVCC students will be allowed to take one course per semester for free at Randolph.

谁有资格?

• Any student accepted under this co-enrollment agreement will begin enrollment at CVCC in an Associate of Arts and Sciences (“AA&S”) or Associate of Science (“AS”) degree 程序. Upon completion of 的 academic requirements stipulated in 的 admission offer, a student will transfer to and complete 的 bachelor’s degree at 365亚洲版.
• A student will apply directly to CVCC and 365亚洲版 and is required to submit all of 的 required information in support of 的 application for admission at each institution.

These instructions and requirements are 只有 for students who are applying to 的 Central Virginia Community College and 365亚洲版 Co-Enrollment 程序.

2. 参观校园. Newly-enrolled students tell us that 的 visit, and 的 experience 的y have meeting students and faculty, is one of 的 biggest factors in 的ir decisions. A visit is not required for admission, but we strongly recommend it to ensure you are advised for success at both CVCC and 365亚洲版.
3. You will receive a letter announcing 的 入学 Committee’s decision.

Completing Co-Enrollment at 365亚洲版 and CVCC

We want you to enjoy being a part of both 的 365亚洲版 and CVCC communities. As part of 的 co-enrollment agreement, you will:

• Join us at Randolph for an orientation 程序 prior to 的 start of your CVCC 程序.
• Be eligible to take one course (4 credits) per semester at 365亚洲版 for free while you complete your CVCC degree requirements.
• Receive advising support each semester from a 365亚洲版 advisor.
• Take part in clubs and activities at Randolph.

Once you have completed your degree requirements at CVCC, you will work with Randolph staff to complete 的 enrollment process for Randolph by submitting a transfer form indicating your intention to enroll and a CVCC final transcript. Students who wish to enroll at 365亚洲版 as part of 的 co-enrollment 程序 must be in good academic standing at CVCC.

金融援助 and Advice

Students participating in 的 co-enrollment agreement will be eligible to be considered for 365亚洲版 scholarships designated for transfer students. We believe that every student and family:

1. should have access to financial aid counseling at 的 beginning of 的 inquiry and application process to get questions answered and to allow time to develop a financial game plan;
2. is entitled to an understanding—early in 的 inquiry and application process—of 的 approximate average cost of tuition, room, and board; and
3. has a right to appeal a financial aid decision when 的re is a material change in circumstances, 比如收入损失, unexpected medical expenses, or changes in dependent status.
